The Senior Geologist plays a critical role in supporting exploration and field development activities through comprehensive subsurface evaluation, geological modeling, and resource assessment.

This position will work closely with geophysicists, reservoir engineers, and drilling teams to ensure accurate interpretation and successful execution of exploration and development programs.

• Lead geological interpretation of seismic, well log, and core data.
• Develop and update static geological models for exploration and development projects.
• Identify potential prospects and evaluate geological risks.
• Support drilling operations with real-time geological analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct resource estimation and contribute to reserve reporting.
• Prepare technical documentation and present findings to management and partners.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Geology.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in oil & gas exploration or development projects.
• Strong proficiency in geological modeling and interpretation software.
• Experience in reservoir characterization and resource estimation.
• Experience with seismic interpretation and well log analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to field locations as required.
